Most of what we hold started as a customer asking for something we didn't have. We buy directly in China, so finding a manufacturer, checking a sample and landing a first run in Sydney is ordinary work.
It runs both ways. Australian customers get supplier search, sample checking, factory verification, consolidation, customs clearance and delivery to a Sydney address. Buyers in China get local purchasing, inspection and coordination handled by people who are actually here.
